Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga in Boca Raton, FL seeks an attorney with 3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation to advocate for clients and obtain the best outcomes. You will meet with clients to discuss cases, review demands, and coordinate with insurers while preparing cases for trial and trying them when needed.

Ideal candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing, demonstrate superb negotiation, strong communication skills, and a proactive, independent work style within a collaborative

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case and build trust.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies about status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Prepare cases for trial and try the case when needed.
• Evaluate claims and negotiate favorable resolutions.

Position Summary

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

Requirements & Skills

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented
