Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in business or real estate
• At least 20 depositions taken or defended
• At least 3 trials as first chair or predominant second-chair
• Excellent research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute case strategy in real estate and business disputes
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and develop persuasive arguments
• Represent clients in hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to advance client matters

We need an attorney who is confident managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and trial.
