Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an experienced personal injury attorney to independently manage a Nevada PI case load from filing to resolution in a primarily in-office setting in Summerlin. You will handle cases in state and federal courts, draft pleadings and motions, and lead depositions and negotiations with support from senior trial attorneys.

Active Nevada Bar license and 1+ year of Nevada PI litigation experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Nevada personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing required.
• Experience handling cases in Nevada State Court; Federal Court experience is a plus.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
• Handle matters in Nevada State Court and Federal Court.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.

Location:

Las Vegas, Nevada | Full-time | Primarily in-office in the Summerlin area with occasional work-from-home flexibility. Candidates must reside in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

Note:

Applicants must have an active Nevada Bar license in good standing and at least 1 year of Nevada personal injury litigation experience handling cases in Nevada State and/or Federal Court.
