The North Carolina Bar in Greensboro is seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role handles a broad range of complex cases, from initial assessment through trial preparation, with a focus on vigorous courtroom advocacy and client-centered service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in litigation, strong research and writing skills, and experience with motions, pleadings, depositions, and settlement agreements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Ability to draft and review motions, pleadings, depositions, and settlement agreements.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation and resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, depositions, and settlement agreements.
• Prepare for court depositions and participate actively in trial proceedings to advocate for clients’ interests.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case progress and legal options while managing client expectations.
