Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on litigation experience and a strong understanding of the litigation process from inception through resolution.

The attorney will own assigned matters, work with clients, develop case strategy, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients throughout the litigation process.

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands‑on litigation experience and a strong understanding of the litigation process from case inception through resolution. This position is intended for an attorney who has developed their skills in an active litigation environment and is comfortable taking ownership of assigned matters, working with clients, developing case strategy, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients throughout the litigation process. Candidates must have passed the bar examination on their first attempt.

• Manage and handle an active caseload of litigation matters.

• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal authorities.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, conferences, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status, strategy, and potential outcomes.
• Review and analyze discovery and other case-related documentation.
• Work closely with colleagues, opposing counsel, clients, and other parties involved in litigation.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and meet all applicable deadlines.
• Represent clients professionally and effectively throughout the litigation process.
• Evaluate legal issues and provide well-reasoned recommendations regarding case strategy and resolution.
