Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong employment litigation experience including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial prep.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation from case evaluation through trial, including pleadings, law and motion, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower, wage and hour, breach of contract, and employment tort matters.
• Advise clients regarding employment law compliance, workplace practices, and risk management.
• Draft and review employee handbooks, employment policies, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal and factual research and develop case strategy.
• Manage case deadlines, files, and litigation matters.
• Participate in mediations, administrative hearings, and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, status, and legal risk.
• Collaborate with firm partners and contribute to litigation templates and best practices.

The firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle all phases of employment litigation while advising clients on employment law and workplace compliance.
