Role Description

The Litigation Attorney will handle all phases of employment-related litigation, including case evaluation, drafting pleadings, law and motion practice, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. The role includes advising clients on employment law compliance, reviewing and drafting employment policies and handbooks, and assessing risk in workplace practices. The attorney will conduct factual and legal research, manage case deadlines, collaborate with firm partners, and communicate regularly with clients about case strategy and status. Responsibilities also include participating in mediations, administrative hearings, and court appearances, and contributing to the development of internal templates and best practices. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Calabasas, CA.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting depositions, and preparing for hearings and trial.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, whistleblower claims, and related compliance issues.
