The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent research, writing and advocacy skills, capable of managing a demanding caseload while collaborating with a team.

Requires a Juris Doctor and active California State Bar membership. Experience in mediation and negotiations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar in good standing.
• 3–7 years of experience in employment or related civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California labor and employment law.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
