Evaluate case facts, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategy.

Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Handle discovery, depositions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and mediations.

Prepare cases for trial and participate in trials as assigned.

Explain case developments, options, and next steps to clients.

Coordinate work with attorneys and support staff, maintain case records, and meet filing and other deadlines.

Qualifications

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and good standing.

At least two years of civil litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred.
