Qualifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
• Minimum two years of civil litigation experience; PI experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice systems.
• Trial experience; Spanish or Chinese language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate case facts, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Handle discovery, depositions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trials as assigned.
• Explain case developments, options, and next steps to clients.
• Coordinate work with attorneys and support staff, maintain case records, and meet filing and other deadlines.
