As an associate, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with partners, colleagues, staff, and clients, gaining hands‑on experience in every phase of litigation – all without the pressure of billable hour requirements.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
• 0–2 years of legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, notices, and judgments.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on title chains and tax matters.
• Prepare for dockets and represent clients in Harris and nearby counties.
• Collaborate with staff on collection and litigation activities.
• Communicate with clients, taxpayers, and opposing counsel.
• Participate in business development and statewide conferences.
