Job summary

Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP, with offices in Conroe and Houston, seeks reliable associate attorneys licensed to practice in Texas. You will work closely with partners and staff, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution while contributing to a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Texas Bar admission required.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and competing priorities.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, notices, and judgments
• Conduct legal research and analyze issues, including chains of title and tax matters
• Prepare for dockets and represent clients in court appearances in Harris and surrounding counties
• Collaborate with staff on collection and litigation activities
• Communicate with clients, taxpayers, and opposing counsel
• Participate in business development, including networking and conferences
