The candidate will engage in all aspects of practice, including hearings, depositions, motion practice, trials, and client communication. A Texas Bar License is required, and this is a full-time hybrid role with minimal travel outside the Houston area. Strong litigation experience and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

The candidate should be interested in all aspects of the practice, including briefing, depositions, motion practice, trials and arbitration, and client contact and development. Texas Bar License REQUIRED

Job Duties

• Attending hearings
• Attending/Taking/Defending depositions
• Drafting motions and responses to motions
• Reviewing and approving discovery
• Attending trial – includes attending as a second chair attorney and an opportunity to first chair cases at trial
• Drafting summaries and reports
• Communicating with clients
• Time keeping

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time Hybrid. Travel around the Houston area required. Minimal travel outside the Houston area.
