The position is open to attorneys located in Austin, San Antonio, or the surrounding communities and will focus on first-party property, professional liability, and general casualty defense. Qualifications

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from initial investigation through resolution or trial.
• Communicate directly with clients and develop professional relationships.
• Manage written discovery and prepare strategic case analyses.
• Draft and argue motions and participate in motion practice.
• Conduct and defend depositions and appear in court.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, mediations, and arbitratons.
