Qualifications

• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred; first-year attorneys with exposure will be considered.
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take active role in managing cases from investigation through resolution or trial.
• Communicate with clients and develop professional relationships.
• Manage written discovery and prepare strategic analyses.
• Draft and argue motions and engage in motion practice.
• Conduct and defend depositions; appear in court for hearings and mediations.
• Assist with trial preparation and post-trial motions, including appeals.
