What You’ll Do

With direct partner mentorship, you will take an active role in managing cases from initial investigation through resolution or trial, including:

• Communicating directly with clients and developing strong professional relationships
• Managing written discovery and preparing strategic case analyses
• Drafting and arguing motions and engaging in motion practice
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Appearing in court and participating in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Assisting with trial preparation and post-trial motions, including appeals

What We’re Looking For

• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred; first-year attorneys with prior civil litigation exposure or other relevant experience will also be considered
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilitySelf-starter who thrives in an independent and flexible work environment
