Qualifications

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney who wants early, hands‑on litigation experience—including depositions, hearings, and direct client interaction—while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

With direct partner mentorship, you will take an active role in managing cases from initial investigation through resolution or trial, including:

• Communicating directly with clients and developing strong professional relationships
• Managing written discovery and preparing strategic case analyses
• Drafting and arguing motions and engaging in motion practice
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Appearing in court and participating in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Assisting with trial preparation and post-trial motions, including appeals
