A rapidly growing litigation law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate in Las Vegas, NV. The firm emphasizes collaboration and is looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in employment litigation who are licensed in California. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• MUST be licensed in California.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Litigation Associate Attorney (Plaintiffs Employment)

Responsibilities -

• Conducting legal research on various employment law issues to support cases, client consultations, and legal opinions.
• Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources to provide informed advice
• and strategies
• Drafting legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and briefs
• Maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses
• Other similar tasks
