Compensation

• Annual salary range: $160,000–$180,000, based on experience. Higher for Senior Associates
• Billable requirement: 1,650 hours annually
• Quarterly bonuses: both mechanical (formula-based on billables) and discretionary
• Excellent health and life insurance
• 401(k): 5% firm contribution (not a match; guaranteed)
• Parking provided
• Bar dues and CLEs covered
