Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado (or pending admission by motion).
• Impeccable legal writing and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Colorado District Court practice and rules of civil procedure is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions with clarity and precision.
• Conduct depositions and assist with trial preparation.
• Manage discovery and respond to complex disputes (CRCP rules).
• Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
