Qualifications

• 0 - 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and briefs.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions preferred.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Currently admitted to the Colorado State Bar and able to practice in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal briefs and manage discovery.
• Argue motions in court and participate in mediations and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy.
• Provide mentorship to associates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
