Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience in general liability, construction, personal injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and conducting discovery.
• Trial/arbitration or mediation experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop legal strategy, perform research, and draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and communicate with clients.
• Appear in court and at mediations, with mentorship from partners.
