Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of defense litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case analysis and discovery responses.
• Prepare for and argue motions and trial.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage pre- and post-suit investigations.
• Develop litigation strategies for premises, auto/trucking, and other liabilities.
