Scion Staffing, Inc. in Denver or Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking a Litigation Associate (4-8 yrs) and a Senior Counsel (12+ yrs) to lead sophisticated commercial, real estate, and employment litigation for our clients. The role is hybrid, with flexible responsibilities and direct client engagement.

You will draft motions, take depositions, mentor teams, and shape strategy from start to finish. Licensed in CO or TX; strong writing and advocacy are required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as an associate; Senior Counsel 12+ years for the senior track.
• Experience in commercial, real estate, construction, or employment litigation.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Licensed in CO or TX

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage complex litigation from start to finish.
• Draft motions, take depositions, and drive case strategy.
• Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor teams and help grow the practice (Senior level)
