Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Proven background of successful litigation.
• Excellent analytical and argumentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in court and government matters.
• Communicating with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case.
• Conducting research and analysis of legal problems.
• Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Presenting facts in writing and verbally, and arguing on behalf of clients.
• Preparing and filing legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds.
• Managing and overseeing paralegals and legal assistants.
• Developing strategies and arguments for case presentation.
• Guiding and advising clients on appropriate legal action.
