Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Strong motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Experience independently managing litigation files.
• Proficiency with e-discovery software.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned litigation matters and case files.
• Drafting pleadings, substantive motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategies.
• Managing written discovery and document productions.
• Utilizing e-discovery platforms and litigation technology.
• Preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trial.
• Participating in courtroom proceedings and motion hearings.
• Assisting with settlement negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Communicating directly with clients regarding case developments.
• Managing multiple active matters while meeting deadlines.
