The ideal candidate will have strong litigation fundamentals, robust research and writing skills, and a track record handling complex matters.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience (flexible based on responsibilities)
• Experience handling complex litigation and business disputes
• Strong legal research, analytical, and brief-writing skills
• Meaningful discovery/document production management experience
• Experience preparing for and defending depositions
• Exposure to hearings/arbitrations/trial preparation
• White-collar defense/internal investigations experience is helpful but not required
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial and business disputes through multiple stages of litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Manage document production, written discovery, and related case workflows
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, including witness and exhibit preparation
• Assist with hearings, arbitrations, investigations, and trial preparation
• Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal case teams
• Help develop case strategy and practical solutions aligned with client objectives
• Contribute to professional writing, presentations, and practice-development activities
