The candidate should have a J.D.

or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the California Bar, and bring 1+ years of complex litigation experience along with strong research,

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
• 1+ years of complex litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling discovery and document production.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft: Motions, Briefs, Pleadings, Discovery requests and responses, Memoranda and other litigation-related documents
• Manage document productions and discovery workflows
• Support litigation strategy development and case evaluation
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas on complex disputes
• Contribute to client alerts, articles, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
• Participate in business development and client relationship activities
• Work directly with clients and litigation teams to advance case objectives
