We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles is seeking a 4th–5th year Commercial Litigation Associate for its AM Law 140 platform. The role involves handling complex, high-stakes disputes, collaborating with senior litigators, and contributing to trial readiness from an early stage.

You will work on matters involving brand, business and reputational risk within a well-resourced platform that supports long-term development and exposure to cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong background in commercial litigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and case-management skills.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side experience both of interest, provided the litigation background is strong

Mansioni

• Managing written and document discovery
• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, and motions
• Handling dispositive and non-dispositive motion practice
• Taking and defending depositions
• Assisting with witness preparation
• Supporting trial preparation, case strategy, and broader dispute management
• Working closely with partners and clients on significant commercial matters
