We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a mid level Commercial Litigation Associate to join a national Am Law platform renowned for its litigation strength. You will handle complex commercial disputes and consumer class actions with hands-on partners.

This role offers meaningful responsibility, training, mentorship, and cross-office collaboration to build a credible long-term career path in both trial and appellate work across federal and state courts.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of litigation experience, including commercial disputes or consumer class actions.
• Background in commercial, financial services, media or entertainment, or product liability litigation.
• Active California bar membership.
• Strong academic credentials from a top 50 law school or equivalent.
• Base salary of $230,000 to $305,000 with performance bonuses.

Mansioni

• Litigate complex commercial matters from early strategy through resolution.
• Support and lead aspects of cases in local, state, and federal courts at trial and appellate levels.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related litigation documents with a focus on precision and persuasive advocacy.
• Manage discovery, including written discovery, document review, factual development, and coordination with clients and co counsel.
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers, gaining substantive responsibility and client facing exposure on active matters.
