This role offers direct mentorship from experienced litigators and exposure to substantive case responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

Ideal for attorneys with 1+ years of litigation experience, particularly in civil defense. Newly admitted attorneys with strong writing and sound judgment are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably general liability or insurance defense.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Handle general liability defense matters through various stages of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations and litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Analyze liability, damages, and potential exposure, and communicate with clients and counsel.
