Job summary

Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join our General Liability Defense practice in Florida. The ideal candidate will handle civil litigation matters with a focus on premises liability, automobile negligence, and related general liability issues, and will have an interest in growing their career within insurance defense.

The role emphasizes handling depositions, pleadings, and case strategy while maintaining strong client communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• General liability and/or insurance defense experience preferred.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
