The role focuses on general liability, professional liability, insurance defense, and complex civil litigation, with meaningful courtroom exposure and close mentorship. The successful candidate will handle pleadings, depositions, discovery, and motions, while maintaining strong client communication and collaboration with experienced attorneys and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Manage a litigation caseload involving general liability, professional liability, insurance defense, civil litigation, and tort litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, handle motion practice, and prepare cases for trial.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and related proceedings.

Aufgaben

• Manage all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and analyze complex liability and defense issues.
• Handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in motion practice.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and other case proceedings.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, senior attorneys, and partners.
