This role targets a motivated, detail-oriented attorney with 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience to manage liability matters, prepare cases for resolution or trial, and work directly with clients.

Qualifications

• Manage civil litigation matters involving civil liability defense.
• Prepare cases for hearings, mediation, arbitration, settlement, or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and client reports.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and defend civil liability matters from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and support discovery strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reports, and other litigation‑related documents.
• Argue hearings and assist with preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, settlement, or trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients, provide case updates, and prepare clear reporting materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff while managing deadlines and case priorities.
