Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil litigation from initial case evaluation through resolution and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex factual and legal issues.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in hearings and mediations.
• Develop case strategy with senior attorneys and clients.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
