Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
• Experience in employment law, professional liability defense, or insurance defense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload in general negligence, transportation/trucking, premises liability, insurance defense, and contract disputes.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and provide practical solutions.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Manage multiple matters and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Take ownership of assignments and contribute proactively to a collaborative team environment.
