Confidential Employer, a respected law firm in Fort Worth, seeks an attorney with Texas bar licensure and 1+ year of litigation experience to manage a diverse docket, including negligence and insurance defense matters. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies and client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including general negligence, transportation and trucking, premises liability, insurance defense and contract disputes.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and provide practical solutions.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, negotiations and other proceedings.
• Manage multiple matters with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Take ownership of assignments and contribute to a collaborative team.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location: Fort Worth, Texas — a primarily on‑site role with an initial five‑day‑a‑week in‑office schedule for the first two months, followed by at least three days per week in the office.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 1+ years of litigation experience. Strong legal research and writing skills and strong academic credentials are required.
