Qualifications

• 2-6 years of litigation experience
• Experience preparing and arguing motions
• Assisting in taking depositions and handling complex discovery/ESI
• Preparing cases for trial
• Researching and drafting briefs and motions
• California bar license required

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support and case management in Los Angeles
• Prepare and argue motions on behalf of clients
• Take and supervise depositions as needed
• Manage complex discovery and ESI
• Prepare cases for trial and coordinate with teams
• Research, draft, and file briefs and motions with courts
