Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and memoranda.
• Support deposition preparation and witness development.
• Participate in case strategy development and litigation planning.
• Assist with document review, discovery management, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, experts and clients on sophisticated matters.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a high-performance environment.
