Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years’ experience to join our team of nationally recognized litigators in New York. Our associates handle complex litigation across state and federal courts, private arbitration, and government agencies.

This role offers hands-on experience within a collaborative, high-performing team. We invest in associates through immersive training, practical experience, and dedicated mentorship to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation.
• Ability to independently manage concurrent cases at various stages of litigation, including pleadings, depositions, discovery, client communication, and court appearances.
• Experience litigating healthcare matters is a plus but not required.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills and record of strong academic performance.
• Licensed to practice law in New York and/or New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement in complex litigation across state and federal courts, arbitration, and government agencies.
• Manage cases from pleadings through court appearances and discovery, coordinating with clients and other counsel.
