Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex business litigation.
Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Prior experience at a large law firm or judicial clerkship strongly preferred.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage complex business and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in federal and state courts.
Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and prepare for trial.
Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and ensure consistent communication.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure high-quality service and execution.
Participate in business development and select contingency or incentive-fee cases.
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
