Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex business litigation.
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Prior experience at a large law firm or judicial clerkship strongly preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex business and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in federal and state courts.
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and prepare for trial.
• Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and ensure consistent communication.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure high-quality service and execution.
• Participate in business development and select contingency or incentive-fee cases.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
