Qualifications

• 3+ years of broad-based litigation experience.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent legal research and writing skills required.
• Strong case management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation in Florida state and federal courts.
• Manage matters through pleadings, motions, discovery and trial.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Manage all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases.
• Assist with expert development and trial preparation.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
• Take meaningful responsibility for case management and strategy.
