Qualifications

• Experience with pleadings, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage civil litigation cases from consultation to resolution.
