Qualifications

• 3-6 years of civil litigation experience required.
• Experience defending claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage matters independently and work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation in state and federal courts.
• Manage cases under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct written discovery, and manage e-discovery.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
