The San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois is actively seeking an attorney to join its Consumer Warranty Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and have 1–7 years of experience defending consumer litigation claims, with exposure to laws like Song-Beverly Act and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

The successful candidate will draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions, and will take/defend depositions.

Qualifications

• Drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, motions, and taking/defending depositions.
• Strong writing and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
