Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability.
• First-rate communicator with outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Practice in complex litigation and products liability defense.
• Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Manage document production.
• Argue discovery and other motions.
• Handle case management.
• Serve in multiple jurisdictions, including state and federal court in California.
