Job summary

Our client, a prominent national plaintiff’s law firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its growing team in Chicago. This on-site position offers a growth-oriented opportunity with compensation starting at 100k+ depending on experience.

Responsibilities include handling pre-litigation and litigation matters, drafting pleadings and motions, guiding plaintiff clients, coordinating with expert witnesses, and appearing at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a personal injury practice.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Experience preparing for and participating in trials is strongly preferred.
