Confidential Employer in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a litigation attorney to manage your own civil cases from evaluation to resolution. The role offers hybrid flexibility with in-person court appearances and meaningful case responsibility.

Ideal candidates will have Delaware Bar admission, 1+ year civil litigation experience, and strong writing, research, and advocacy skills. The firm offers a robust benefits package and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Delaware Bar admission in good standing or anticipated by December 2026.
• Civil litigation experience preferred, ideally 1+ year.
• Experience in insurance defense, workers' compensation, or commercial litigation is a plus.

• Strong writing, research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to attend court and other proceedings in person.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own litigation files from initial evaluation through resolution.

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and court proceedings.
• Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with experienced attorneys.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Location

Wilmington, DE | Hybrid Flexibility. We offer the possibility of working from home a few days per week, depending on your litigation schedule. In-person availability for court appearances and proceedings is essential.

Note

Delaware Bar admission is required, although candidates expecting admission in December 2026 will be considered. Civil litigation or workers' compensation experience is strongly preferred. Attorneys must be available for in-person litigation proceedings in Delaware.
