Job summary

Confidential Employer in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks an experienced plaintiff-side litigator to manage a personal injury caseload, mentor-led growth, and handle all phases of litigation with AI-enabled tools.

You will work with senior attorneys, deliver strong client service, and collaborate with a litigation support team in a hybrid office setting. Delaware bar eligibility and 1+ year of litigation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware Bar license or eligible for admission.
• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-driven legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload with mentor support.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial.
• Serve as first or second chair at hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and experts.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced litigation support team.
• Utilize advanced AI tools and legal technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional client service while advocating for clients with catastrophic injuries.

Location

Hybrid opportunity based in Wilmington, Delaware, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, offering flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration.

Note

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Delaware (or eligible for admission) and have at least one year of litigation experience. Personal injury experience is welcomed but not required—we're looking for attorneys with strong litigation skills, outstanding character, a willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for leveraging AI in legal practice.
